Highly Recommend – Excellent Work by Alex! I brought my car to European Automotive in Riverside for paint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Alex gave me a fair and honest quote upfront, and he delivered the car on time as promised. The workmanship is outstanding — my hood was badly oxidized and now my car looks practically brand new! The paint is flawless and the attention to detail is clear. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out. Alex is the owner of this place and let me start off by saying he is such a kind and honest man! He is very knowledgeable about everything car related! He was 100% honest with me when it came to pricing and what my car needed ! They are super quick and very reliable! I’ve been going here for years and i still haven’t found a place that’s half as good and European Automotive! They always make sure my vehicle is safe and in good condition! And they are very fast working and great at what they do! I will always recommend this place everyone !!

Background: During work, car got hit by my boss in the right side of the rear bumper while parked. Car suffered a few inches of scratched paint. Right side rear bumper was slightly, but noticeably protruding as shown in the pictures. Car was bought brand new 5 months ago. Repairs will be paid through cash, not insurance. First off, this shop is overpriced compared to other shops that had better ratings. After a talk they were willing to match the price of the other shop I got an estimate from so I agreed since my dad recommended me to this place. They said car should be repaired by Thursday, then Friday, and now Saturday and it still wasn't ready at the promised time. Was given a paint and body work estimate but they only did the paint and said the body looked good to them so they can't do anything about it even though you can clearly see the side of the bumper was slightly sticking out, which was what I wanted to fix the most. They don't care about the little details even if they knew that it was a new car. One guy said to find a wife to love instead of my car when I tried to explain that the side of the bumper is still protruding. They refused to fix it since apparently there's
